More than anything, Tudo em Flor is about connection. It’s for new friends
and nature, wellness and slowness, shared over really good food, flowing wine, and the kind of moments you’ll want to bottle.

Come away with us
A glowy, three-day escape in the Alentejo countryside for women who need a break, a little balance, and a generous pour. Think barefoot mornings, sun-drenched afternoons, and candlelit dinners shared with new friends. It’s laid-back, a little tipsy, and full of good women and good wine.
We’ll start slow. Pilates under the trees and long and lazy berry-filled breakfasts. Days drift into salty ocean swims, wildflower walks, hands full of fresh flowers, and time to do absolutely nothing at all.
When golden hour arrives, we gather at long tables for seasonal feasts and natural wine that flows like the conversation. A few dreamy days to feel in bloom, in every way. Soft, social, and just the right amount of sun-drunk.

From soft morning Pilates to shared farm-to-table dinners, the weekend is built around togetherness. Eating well,
moving gently, and connecting. It’s a moment to switch off and share something special.
Food, movement & creativity

Stay at our rustic farmhouse in a small valley called Montinho do Gois. Wake-up with the sound of the birds overlooking the vegetable garden while a nourishing breakfast spread can be enjoyed together.
This is an intimate retreat where we offer six self sufficient studios with each their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The two farmhouses accommodate up to 12 women.
5 rooms will be shared and offer shared beds. 1 room can be shared with a close friend or functions as a private room, this bed is not separable.
Meals are led by hormone health chef Katie Flour, created with care, grounded in seasonal ingredients, and designed to support your body. Long tables, gorgeous table scapes, generous pours, and thoughtful dishes set the pace. There’s an aperitivo hour, a wine tasting (of course), an abundant beachside picnic, and a farewell floral brunch, and a few surprises along the way.
Movement is gentle and grounding, led by Pilates teacher Imo and held under the trees.
It’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels kind, light and energising.
You’ll also spend time getting creative and learning, with a bloom bouquet workshop led by florist Arden and and a hormone health workshop with Katie on how to eat in tune with your cycle.

The Stay
Stay at our rustic farmhouse, a farm turned design-led escape, nestled in the rolling hills of South Alentejo. It’s peaceful, sun-soaked, and quietly stunning: terracotta walls, linen sheets, soft corners, and dreamy details throughout.
This is an intimate retreat, with six studio-style spaces, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The two farmhouses accommodate up to 14 women. Six rooms will offer two single beds, and one studio can be shared with a close friend in a shared bed. Note, the bed in this space is not separable.
It’s slow, grounding, and beautifully simple, exactly the kind of space you want to wake up in.

During the retreat, you can expect gentle morning Pilates, creative workshops, nourishing meals, natural wine tastings, swims in the Atlantic, and plenty of time to rest in the sun, connect, create, and get a little tipsy. Each day moves at its own pace, with space to do a lot—or absolutely nothing at all.

She channels her healing by bringing good people together to break bread, crafting menus mindfully sourced from the land and the hands that cultivate it. Her cooking is inspired by her Mediterranean roots, new age kitchen experience, and food as medicine research.
