General Conditions

  • • Minimum stay: 2 nights
    • Maximum occupancy: As specified per room or studio
    • Children: We welcome children aged 10 and older. Our property is designed for guests seeking peace and quiet. Thank you for your understanding.

  • • Each room or studio is rented as a private unit.
    Prices apply per night per unit, regardless of the number of guests (within the allowed capacity).

    • External guests (not included in the booking) are not allowed on the premises.

  • • Check-in: from 15:00
    • Check-out: before 11:00
    Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

  • • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or studios.
    • Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.

  • • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
    • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

    If cancelled 3–6 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

    If cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount is non-refundable.

    ​All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
