General Conditions
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• Maximum occupancy: As specified per room or studio
• We welcome children aged 10 and older. Younger children may be accepted upon request, depending on the accommodation and situation. Please note that our property is designed for guests seeking peace, nature, and quiet. Thank you for your understanding.• Each room or studio is rented as a private unit.
Prices apply per night per unit, regardless of the number of guests (within the allowed capacity).
• External guests (not included in the booking) are not allowed on the premises.
• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: before 10:00
Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or studios.
• Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled 3–6 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
